We had an fabulous trip to Canada and Alaska organized by the amazing Sam Treby. The flights, tours, hotels and pickups for our tours were all spot on. Sam couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable, we could not have asked for a better adviser.
We had a perfect trip to Sri Lanka through Entire travel. Tina was amazing at working around our already made plans while also creating an itinerary that we could never have planned ourselves. My travel partner and myself have just returned from our trip to Switzerland ( May 2024 ) and wanted to put in writing our utmost gratitude to Katelyn Mulgrew and the team from Entire Travel Group for the professional, prompt and extensive service provided from start to finish. Switzerland Grand Tour was amazing with picture postcard scenery at every turn. Every aspect of the booking was flawless, from the hotels, transportation and documentation it all worked seamlessly. Hotels were comfortable, central, welcoming and contained everything a traveller could need. Train travel throughout Switzerland is the only way to go, you just get on sit down and relax while enjoying the ever changing and spectacular scenery. Canada is a vast country, and the weather can be quite different in the East and in the West.
When to visit in summer. Mid-May to late June is a great time to visit Canada! The summer tourist season has officially begun. There are new leaves in the trees; nature is in full bloom. July-August is peak tourist season right across Canada, from Halifax to Vancouver. Cities and national parks are full of tourists from around the world. September-October is what is called the Indian summer, when the forests don their brilliant hues of red and gold and nature is in full splendour. The weather is still very pleasant, especially in September, although evenings can be quite chilly. This is generally the lower season.
When to visit in winter. The Canadian winter lasts from mid-December to mid-March. It is a great time to enjoy exciting winter activities like snowmobiling and dog sledding and skiing. Mid-December to early January is a very busy time of year because of all the Christmas and New Year's festivities along with the ski resorts enjoying their peak time. The weather is pleasant and snow conditions are at their best. January and February are the coldest months of the year. In March, the weather starts to warm and can be almost spring-like. Winter sports can still be enjoyed in early March.
The main International Airports in Canada are
Toronto Pearson International Airport Trains run downtown every 15 minutes from 5:30am to 1am; private car transfers takes around 45 minutes to the city.
Montréal Trudeau International Airport A 24-hour airport shuttle bus runs downtown. Private transfers take 30 to 60 minutes.
Vancouver International Airport Trains run downtown every six to 20 minutes; private transfers take around 30 minutes.

The Canadian Pacific Railway has over 22,500 km of track across Canada. From East Coast to West Coast, Canada is bursting with a wide variety of rail tours. The two major operators in Canada are Rocky Mountaineer and VIA Rail. Rocky Mountaineer offers daylight travel options on 2 or 3 day itineraries operating from mid April to early October between the Pacific Coast and the Canadian Rockies, whereas VIA Rail operates year round with a variety of routes, seating and cabins from coast to coast.

There will be a series of adjustments to the current border measures effective April 1, 2022. Fully vaccinated tourists do not need to complete a pre-entry test and are not required to quarantine. On the other hand, non-vaccinated individuals must accomplish an on-arrival and Day 8 test and quarantine for two weeks. Wearing of masks has been lifted in most cities but is still mandatory in public transport, healthcare facilities and other select places.
