Superior Cabin:
The Superior Cabin offers a stylish and elegant retreat, providing 11 sqm of thoughtfully designed space. During the day, unwind on two comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the passing scenery. At night, the cabin transforms into your choice of twin single beds or a spacious double bed for a restful night’s sleep.
Every detail is curated for your comfort, including a Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet, minibar, full-length wardrobe, and a cozy sofa chair. The 2.5 sqm en-suite bathroom offers modern luxury, featuring a smart TOTO toilet and full-power shower. With recessed lighting and remote-controlled air conditioning, your cabin is a tranquil sanctuary.
Han Dynasty Suite:
The Han Dynasty Suite epitomizes luxury, offering an expansive 22.2 sqm cabin that includes a large double bed, a double sofa, a separate living room and a dining table. The suite is a private sanctuary, perfect for unwinding during your journey along the Silk Road.
The 5.2 sqm en-suite bathroom features a deluxe bathtub, shower, and double sinks, combining modern convenience with timeless elegance. Premium amenities, including a Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet, minibar, and a full-length wardrobe, ensure all your needs are met in style. As an added luxury, a complimentary bottle of Dom Perignon champagne greets you upon boarding to start your adventure.

View AllAll private train and hotel accommodation as per the itinerary; all meals starting with dinner on the first day and ending with breakfast on the last day of the tour (on some tours this may differ slightly, please refer to the specific itinerary); a generous allowance of wine, beer, soft drinks and tea and coffee with all lunches and dinners both on and off the train (except where stated otherwise); all arrival and departure transfers; guided off-train sightseeing excursions; the services of experienced tour leaders; complimentary tea, coffee and mineral water 24 hours a day, all gratuities and the services of an on board doctor.
At the point of arrival, you will be met by one of the representatives who will be waiting with a Golden Eagle Luxury Trains sign. If arriving by air, this will be after immigration, once you have collected all your luggage and cleared customs. The representative will then assist you to your transfer vehicle to the hotel.
Although there are no age restrictions on tours, the majority of our travellers are aged 55+. The average age is 65. Some tours may not be suitable for young children. Please check with us at the time of booking.
Most dietary requirements can be catered for. Please advise us of your requirements at the time of booking.
During the day, the dress code on the Golden Eagle is casual both on and off the train. In the evening we suggest smart casual.
Since every tour requires some walking we recommend that passengers pack some comfortable walking shoes. A rubber sole is recommended to avoid possible slipping.
We recommend arriving between 11.00 and 16.00, in time for the Welcome Dinner, which is normally held between 19.00-20.00. Check in at most our hotels is between 2.00-3.00pm and early check-in is dependent on hotel availability (charges may apply).
All tours require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Should this not be reached, Golden Eagle Luxury Trains reserve the right to offer a modified service of carriages attached to regular service trains to accommodate a smaller group or offer an alternative tour. If no alternative is suitable, a refund will be offered.

A big thank you to Entire Travel Group with a special thanks to Alison. We had mostly organised our own overseas holidays in the past but being unfamiliar with Canada we thought we would approach a travel agency. Thinking the travel agency would help us we were surprised to be handed a couple of booklets and told to go away and come back when we knew what we wanted to do. That decision changed the Entire course of our traveling experience, excuse the pun. We sent an email to the Entire Group and over the next few days had spoken to Alison who listened, was knowledgeable and responsive to our requests, questions and doubts about travelling to Canada. At the conclusion we had holiday package which we could have only dreamed about. Alison and the team worked wonders and we were extremely happy with a holiday that was brilliant.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have just returned from a wonderful independent trip through Canada organised by Sam Treby at Entire Travel. Sam took the time to understand what we wanted and put together an itinerary that suited us perfectly.
