Day 1 Delhi Agra

The Maharajas’ Express departs from Delhi Safdarjung Railway Station in the morning, with brunch served onboard as you settle into the luxurious surroundings. Once settled, you'll receive a tour briefing, setting the stage for an unforgettable journey. The train arrives in Agra later in the afternoon, where you'll embark on a visit to the majestic Taj Mahal. After soaking in the beauty of this iconic monument, return to the train. Here, you can unwind with optional activities such as a spa session at a local hotel or attend the Mohabbat Taj show. Dinner will be served onboard the train, as you relax and prepare for a comfortable overnight stay aboard Maharajas' Express.

Day 2 Agra Ranthambore

Begin your day with a visit to the Taj Mahal and enjoy breakfast at a luxurious hotel. Afterward, the Maharajas’ Express embarks on a journey to Sawai Madhopur, with lunch served onboard. The train reaches Sawai Madhopur by late afternoon, where you'll head out for an exhilarating safari and other activities in Ranthambore National Park. By early evening, return to the train to continue your journey towards Jaipur. Dinner will be served onboard as the train moves through the night, arriving in Jaipur for a restful overnight stay.

Day 3 Jaipur

Guests will enjoy breakfast onboard before embarking on an excursion to the majestic Amber Fort. You may also opt for additional activities such as a spa visit, exploring the City Palace and Jantar Mantar, or a local city tour. By noon, return to the train for a relaxing lunch. In the evening, experience a city tour and dine at the exclusive Rambagh Palace. Afterward, return to the Maharajas’ Express for the journey towards Bikaner.

Day 4 Bikaner

The morning is yours to enjoy breakfast and the luxurious amenities onboard. After a leisurely lunch, you'll embark on an excursion to the historic Junagarh Fort. As the day winds down, you'll be treated to an Arabian Nights-style evening at the sand dunes, complete with a barbecue, cocktails, and traditional folk dances. Afterwards, return to the train for an overnight stay as it continues its journey towards Jodhpur.

The morning is free for guests to enjoy the train's amenities, with breakfast and lunch served onboard. In the evening, enjoy an exclusive cocktail dinner at Hanwant Mahal or Khaas Bagh (subject to change). Afterwards, return to the train as it continues its journey towards Udaipur.

Day 6 Udaipur

After breakfast, you'll enjoy a scenic boat ride on Lake Pichola, followed by an excursion to the magnificent City Palace and a visit to the Crystal Gallery. Lunch will be served at the exclusive Satkar Hall of Fateh Prakash Palace. In the afternoon, you'll return to the comforts of the Maharajas’ Express as it begins its journey towards Mumbai. Later in the evening, indulge in a special Indian-themed experience onboard, followed by dinner as the train continues to its final destination.

DELUXE CABIN

The Deluxe Cabins aboard the Maharajas' Express are elegantly designed and named after precious gems, including Hakik (Agate), Firoza (Turquoise), Katela (Amethyst), Beruz (Aquamarine), and Pitoniya (Bloodstone), reflecting the opulence and grandeur of the overall experience.

Each Deluxe Cabin on the Maharajas’ Express is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable journey. These include Wi-Fi, an intercom system, a DVD player, LED screen, a wardrobe, foldable writing desk and a personal electronic safe. The cabins are air-conditioned and feature en-suite bathroom facilities with a shower, hot and cold water and a WC. To enhance your luxury experience, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer, and premium toiletries infused with essential oils are provided. The train features 20 Deluxe Cabins: 12 of which have twin beds and 8 with double beds.
